This hotel was interesting place for exploring Puerto Vallarta, liked it. Our room was impressive and spotless with a view and the made to order breakfast offered has lots of dishes.

This contemporary, impeccably clean property has savoury buffet breakfasts and highly courteous staff.

This is a gorgeous and fairly clean property with amazing staff and location.

Fancy and clean hotel with supper friendly staff. I loved having an individual safe, a mini fridge bar and a dining area. There was a good bar with excellent service. The easy check-in.

The breakfast was lovely and the room was well-kept. The staff was absolutely delightful & were eager to help.

Modern decoration, clean swimming pool, long room. A continental breakfast with hot waffles, fruit, cookies and cereals. Good choice of supplies in the room : flat screen cable TV, climate control and coffee. I was received by the impeccable staff. Efficient service at all times too. Enjoyable residential location for everything I needed.

The hotel is peaceful with nice pool and gorgeous location on top of the hill.

The staff were more than helpful to ensure I had a brilliant stay. Cozy restaurant a short walk to the hotel. The service provided there was good. Alcoholic drinks, complimentary wifi were a nice surprise.

The bathroom I had was smelly.

The bed was cozy, so we had a memorable stay. Light and gorgeous rooms with the view of garden that we truly enjoyed.

It was an exceptional experience. The breakfast was generous and I liked the fact that the room had a worth every penny view. The roof top restaurant was top with plenty of meals in the menu. Refreshing drinks at pool bar, PERSONALIZED service. Could use their free parking.

The location is great walkable, the staff is polite and gardens are charming. Amazing bed, well done room. Personalised service within 15 km of the airport.

We had a very relaxing time staying at this hotel. We loved perfect breakfast that included hot waffles, fruit, cookies and cereal. Our room had a perfect bed and a magnificent view. The location was super, not far from the Romantic Zone and downtown and the town of Puerto Vallarta. Tropical whiskies, wines, gins and beers in the sushi bar, convenient parking place: )

Hotel's lobby was beautiful, I loved it. The property had incredibly kind staff members. Complimentary breakfast with an amazing view of the ocean. The place was ideal, no complaints, would recommend.

I tried some nice meals at Eugenia, located right by the hotel. Grand junior suite overlooks ocean and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle and glassware. Amazing staff, they smile all the time. In addition, free Wi Fi was a plus.
